Laura has been in the senior care industry for 28 years, 25 in the Indiana Market. Having started on the bookkeeping and billing side of long-term care gave Laura a solid foundation to move into the sales and marketing arena with remarkable success in 2007. Laura has held positions at Regional and VP levels of leadership for the last 11 years within the Midwest footprint and has contributed to several local boards. The skills her previous employers have appreciated the most are her organizational and follow-up abilities as well as her leadership and networking connections within the community.
Paul spent a 45-year career in the automobile industry in the sales arena, retiring in 2024 and joining the family business. Paul has a wonderful way with people, his ability to set someone at ease and help guide them through a complicated process is a skill not many people possess. Paul along with two of their children, Celine with 5 years of senior living experience and Christian who just became a licensed long term care administrator round out a formidable team for Assisted Living Locators, Northwest Indiana.
Laura is a Certified Senior Advisor as well as Dementia Care certified through DCE.
Laura and Paul have been happily married for 30 years, together they share a blended family of 7 children, ages 41-25 and in recent years the joyful addition of 8 grandkids!
